CIRCULAR
DOUBLE SALARY PAYMENTS OF DECEMBER, 2023
It has come to our notice that some members of staff may have inadvertently received double salary payments for the month of December, 2023. To rectify this issue, we kindly request the affected staff to refund the over-payment through the steps shown below:
- Remita Refund of Double Salary: Please initiate the refund of the excess payment via the Remita platform. Instructions for refunding can be found at www.remita.com and provide us with evidence of refund.
- Evidence of Recovery by IPPIS: Provide evidence that the double payment has been duly recovered by IPPIS (Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System).
- Bank Statement Confirmation: Submit a bank statement showing the reversal of the double payment by your bank.
The list of affected staff members is available for review at www.unimaidbursary.com
All affected staff members are expected to submit the above requirement on or before 31st July, 2024.
