Human Resource Unit is the division of the University that is responsible for effectively managing University’s human resources, which are its employees.

The unit is tasked with the training and development of staff, Also known as human resources (HR), the human resource’s mission is to make sure the University’s employees are adequately managed, appropriately compensated, and effectively trained. The unit is also responsible for recruiting, hiring, firing, and administering benefits.
